1031TaxSavings.com was founded by Frank Dunn, Certified Public Accountant, who has provided tax and consulting services to real estate investors since 1973. During this time, he has served as an instructor for income tax classes at Portland State University, and Certified Financial Planner seminars.
Mr. Dunn also authored and instructed a “Real Estate Investment” course given to CPA’s for continuing education. His experience includes twenty-three years as a real estate principal involved in purchasing, selling, exchanging, leasing, and construction of retail, office, multi-family and other properties.
He received his BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA
in Taxation from St. John’s University. He is also a Series 7 licensed
securities representative with ePLANNING Securities Inc.
